Guests grant Earthstar access to include attendee’s image, likeness, actions, and statements in any live or recorded audio, video, film, webcast, stream, or other transmission, exhibition, simulcast, or reproduction made of, or at, the Event in any medium or context for any purpose, including commercial or promotional purposes, without further authorization or otherwise.
Earthstar reserves the right to use any photos or video from the event that is posted publicly, and agree to grant Earthstar, and its producers a worldwide royalty-free perpetual license to use their photos and videos for commercial purposes.
Guests expressly assume all risk and dance arising from or incidental to the event for which the ticket is issued, whether such risks occur prior to, during, or subsequent to the actual festival. The holder expressly releases the event facility, management, promoters, participants, performers, artists, and the ticketing agency (collectively “Management”) and all of their owners, officers, directors, employees, contractors, representatives, and agents, from any and all claims that the holder has or may have that arise from or are incidental to the festival, including any claims arising out of the negligence of management or mangement’s owners, officers, directors, employees, contractors, representatives, or agents.
