General Admission 3-Day Earthstar passes will be available first with upgrade opportunities coming soon.
Day passes may become available closer to the festival date. This will be based on capacity of 3-day pass holders.
We encourage you to pre-purchase your festival passes as we are unclear if we will have capacity to sell tickets at the door. We will keep our community posted as we need the event.
Once you have your festival wristband, and your vehicle has the all-weekend in-and-out pass, you can come and go from the festival site as you please.
All ticket sales are final sales and non-refundable. Refunds are the sole discretion of the Festival.
Any guest that purchased a festival pass for the original October 2024 dates may retain their ticket for the equivalent March 2025 dates. No action is required to move October passes to March—any October tickets will automatically convert to March tickets after October 31, 2024.
Any guest that purchased a festival pass for the original October 2024 dates may instead request a full refund. The deadline for requesting a refund is October 31, 2024. Email customerservice@earthstarfest.com to make this request.
Guests retaining their October passes are eligible to receive one bonus festival pass for no additional charge. Details on how to secure the bonus pass will be emailed to ticket holders.
If an Earthstar guest cannot attend, transfer requests to another qualified individual (18+) can be made until five business days prior to the start of the Festival.
VIP upgrades will be available closer to the event date.
